The Journal will sponsor a symposium on Nanotechnology on Thursday, March 1, 2007 at the Albany Law School. The Symposium will present three panel discussions: (1) general introduction to nanotechnology, highlighting the legal and business issues presented by this new technology; (2) patent issues; and (3) whether and how to regulate nanotechnology.
