Welcome to the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology!
As one of the top-ranked science and technology law-journals in the nation, our commitment to publishing scholarly works is constantly looking for innovative ways to improve. This year will see the launch of the Journal’s web-based expansion in what will soon become a comprehensive source for today’s most current issues lying at the intersection of science, technology, and the law.
The Journal will be unveiling the one of the first science and technology-based blogs to be anchored in an academic institution like a law school. While posting capabilities will be available to all visitors to the site, our blog’s attraction will be its up-to-date postings by our moderators––leading intellects in their respective fields of study––on current issues in the area of science, technology, and law. Visitors to the blog will also benefit from the blog’s archival capabilities, which will host not only the Journal’s previous academic publications but also the current scholarly works of written by its moderators.
Although the Journal is proactive in recruiting moderators with credentials we believe complement the mission of our blog we encourage anyone interested in a moderator position to contact the Journal. A moderator position offers a host of benefits ranging from an online database for works to be accessed from by interested visitors to a forum for spotlighting individual discussions on important current issues.
We thank you for visiting the Journal’s site and look forward to your return!
