The Journal of Science & Technology is pleased to announce that it has recently been ranked eighth in the nation in a recent ranking of student edited intellectual property law journals. The rankings were conducted by Patentlyo.com, a leading law patent blog. The rankings are based on information gathered by the Washington & Lee Law Library, as well the frequency with which the journal is cited by court cases and other publications.
The Journal of Science & Technology is proud to announce that Theresa Stadheim, author of "Rambus, N-Data, and the FTC: Creating Efficient Incentives in Patent Holders and Optimizing Consumer Welfare in Standardsetting Organizations" (see 19 ALB. L.J. SCI. & TECH. 483 (2009) ), has won the 2009-2010 ABA Student Writing Competition. Congratulations Theresa!
Congratulations and a big warm welcome to the Journal's newly elected 2010-2011 executive board!!
