Journal Info

For the past fourteen years, the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology has been edited and published each fall and spring. Our articles, notes, and comments are edited by our student members who also attend Albany Law School. Over these past fourteen years, the Journal has blossomed into a nationally recognized publication. Starting in 2001 the Journal began publishing three books concerning current legal issues related to science and technology. Two books are general issue books regarding science and technology and the third is dedicated to publishing articles on the topic of our annual symposium.
